We think it’s probably scrap. I guess the owner will have it carefully inspected. Very sad for him since he crashed it last year too and had only just rebuilt it.
An incredible series of photographs. Shame for the microlight and the pilot, but the microlight can be replaced. Thankful that no injuries were to be had, and no lives lost.
It was a great shame about the microlight but as you say, no lives lost. In fact our friend who was passenger didn’t seem to even have a bruise. Actually the worst part of the recovery was the mosquitoes! They bit the heck out of me while I was taking photographs!
waaaaah! is it salvageable so that it may fly again?

This series of photos had me holding my breath. Thankfully no one was hurt. Pity about the plane though.
