Looks tasty, but as a coeliac I think I ought to stay away from things like this..

Gluten intolerance I think? It must be a huge restriction, so many foods have flour or wheat products in them. Still fun to photograph though!

There is a problem with them though – when you bite down the cream oozes out of the sides. I think I’ll have to eat quite a few before I find the correct technique!
