Weekly Photo Challenge: Peaceful

This picture was taken on the beach at Kaslo, British Columbia, looking out onto Kootenay Lake. The picture was taken in 1996 when I spent three months there – taking time out to find a new path in life. Not a very good picture really, it was taken with my old Canon camera when we were still using film. The old photo was scanned. It’s not a perfect picture but it’s one of my favourites, and it was a perfect place to find peace.
